Eye Twitching

I found this NY Times article about eye twitching to be very informational. My eye twitches occasionally, but I just figure it is because I am looking at a screen ten hours a day.

I also am drinking caffeinated drinks all day and that might be the cause of it as well.

The best part of the article is when explaining as for why it happens: “Nobody knows exactly why,” said Dr. Alice Lorch, an ophthalmologist at Massachusetts Eye and Ear in Boston.
