Facades App
Facades by Michael Steeber is a retail store field guide that takes an interesting approach to what an app can do in 2022.
The app started off as an Apple Note on Michael’s Mac as a central location of information about Apple Retail stores. As we have all created notes that get bloated with way too much information, it seems that Michael’s note did the same. So what do you do with all the store features, design styles, and locations?
Of course, you create an app that details all the incredible information in a stylish manner.
There is a list of stores that are sorted by date so that you can always keep up with the latest location or you can switch to the locations tab that has many categories such as:
- Regions
- Years
- Store Data
- Design Style
- Store Features
- Locations that have moved
- Locations that have been renamed
- Locations that have closed
You can also bookmark stores and since this is a great app, the bookmarks sync over iCloud so that you can view them on iOS, iPad, and Mac!
The app is a free download but make sure to drop some change in Michael’s Venmo to show your support for an interesting application.
